Participants from all Over India Participate in the Competition with Full Zeal & Enthusiasm
KMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School organised an online Inter School Dance Competition.Participants from all over India participated in the different categories of the competition with full zeal &enthusiasm.Principal Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi welcomed all the participants &averred that Kanya Maha Vidyalaya is a pioneer institution to educate women and is also known for its excellent work in the field of women empowerment.Prof. Dwivedi alsomotivated the students by saying that these competitions work as a positive energy in the present times of COVID-19 and they are also important for mental strength. There was a mesmerising guest performance by Sarghi Uppal, the student of 10+1 Arts, KMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School. In the 1st Category: Classical Dance, Radhika Sharma from Police DAV Public School bagged 1st position, Harsimar Kaur from Apeejay School got 2nd position, Aliza from The Gurukul School and Janvi Bhagat from Police DAV Public School remained 3rd in position. In the 2nd Category: Semi Classical Dance, 1st and 2nd positions were bagged by Misha Puri and Radhika Verma from Apeejay School respectively, Harshita Gupta from CT Public School and Kashish from KV Surranussi remained 3rd. In the 3rd Category: Folk Dance, Karamjeet from Jalandhar Public School bagged 1st position, Nikunj Kumar Aggarwal from Apeejay School got the 2nd position, and on 3rd position was Sidqqline from KMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School. The 4th category: Free Style, 1st and 2nd positions were bagged by Suraj from Sanskriti KMV and Shiva from Jullunder Model School respectively. Dr. Poonam Sharma (Head, PG Department of Performing Arts) proposed a vote of thanks. Principal Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi lauded the efforts of Mrs Veena Deepak, Co-ordinator, KMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School, Dr Madhumeet , Dean, Department of Student Welfare, Mrs AnandPrabha, Ms Minakshi Roy, Ms Ritu and the team of KMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School for organising such a wonderful event.
