Certificate Course in Vedic Mathematics

KMV School of Vedic Mathematics is a new venture of PG Department of Mathematics. This school is the first of its kind in this region of Punjab. Vedic Mathematics is a branch of Mathematics which teaches pattern observations and faster calculations. It is based on 16 Sanskrit Sutras which enable the students to do numerical calculations faster than the conventional methods. The objective of this course is to improve calculation speed and numerical skills by sharpening the brains. It provides an insight into ancient Indian Mathematics. The acquired skill can be used as an aid to crack scholarship, entrance and competitive exams. It generates self employment.

What to Study

Special multiplication methods, squaring and square roots, division, converting percentage into fractions, ratio and proportion, identifying cube and cube roots.
