Mentoring Session on Inno-Physics Demonstrations at GGSSS, Nehru Garden, Jalandhar January 20, 2025
BackDr. Surbhi from the P.G. Department of Physics at KanyaMahaVidyalaya, Jalandhar conducted an engaging mentoring session on Inno-Physics Demonstrations at Amar Shaheed Lala Jagat Narayan Govt. Girls Senior Secondary School. The session aimed to help students understand fundamental physics concepts through hands-on experiments and live demonstrations.She demonstrated Newton’s Cradle to explain conservation of momentum and energy, and used a vibrating string to illustrate wave motion, amplitude, frequency, and speed. Students actively participated, observed keenly, and asked thoughtful questions throughout the session. Dr.Surbhi encouraged critical thinking and connected the experiments to real-life applications, making the learning experience interactive and impactful.
