Innovation Day Celebration October 15, 2025

Innovation Day was celebrated on October 15, 2025, by the P.G. Department of Physics at Kanya Maha Vidyalaya in memory of A. P. J. Abdul Kalam. The event aimed to promote scientific thinking, creativity, and innovation among students in line with his vision of a developed India. The highlight was an Idea Presentation Competition where students showcased innovative concepts such as Solar Paint, eco-friendly products, women safety systems, laser security alarms, energy crisis solutions, and environmental sustainability initiatives. The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation, and outstanding performers were awarded prizes for their creative and socially relevant ideas. The celebration served as a meaningful tribute to Dr. Kalam’s legacy, inspiring students to think beyond textbooks and address real-world challenges through innovation.
