The students of B. Voc. NEH, Sem VI and B.Sc. Home- Science, Sem IV, planned and executed the event of a ‘Kitty Party’. They learnt the art of low calorie, low cost,menu planning taking into account the convenience of availability and thematic presentation of the dishes for the occasion. Table laying, standardisation, costing and display of the meal remained the important part of the event.
