A team from Kanya Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar visited the villages of Rahimpur, Mustfapur, and Garhibakhsh to encourage literacy and improve the Gross Enrolment Ratio (GER) among rural students. The team interacted with students, parents, and school authorities to spread awareness about the importance of higher education, skill development, and career opportunities. Students were motivated to continue their studies, while parents were encouraged to support girls’ education and educational empowerment. Awareness activities and community interactions highlighted the social and economic benefits of education in rural areas. The initiative received a positive response from villagers and successfully promoted educational awareness and participation among rural youth.
