A Workshop on Health Awareness and Diet Clinic was successfully organized at KMV College, Jalandhar by the Department of Social Outreach in collaboration with the Department of NEH. The workshop aimed to spread awareness about the importance of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle practices. Among the rural women and women class four employees of the college. Expert guidance was provided on nutrition, preventive health care, and common diet-related issues faced by women. Interactive sessions encouraged women to clarify their doubts regarding fitness and well-being. The initiative highlighted the college’s commitment to promoting holistic health and wellness among rural women.
