Empowering Campus Accessibility and Academic Growth 

Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous), a pioneer institution in women’s education, continues its mission of providing world-class educational facilities to the students. In a new development, KMV inaugurated infrastructure development in its IT Block. The inauguration ceremony was held with great enthusiasm and was presided over by Sh. Chander Mohan, President, Arya Shiksha Mandal. Dr Sushma Chawla, Vice President, KMV Managing Committee, Mr Alok Sondhi, General Secretary, KMV Managing Committee & Dr Deepali Luthra, Member, KMV Managing Committee & Principal Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi also graced the occasion. A newly installed elevator in the IT block was inaugurated alongside other developments. The newly commissioned elevator is a major step towards enhancing campus accessibility, as it is designed to provide seamless access to all floors of the IT Block, promoting an inclusive and supportive educational environment. Alongside the elevator, the IT Block has also multiple infrastructure advancements, which include up graded classrooms with modern furnishings and enhanced ventilation, smart teaching facilities equipped with the latest audio-visual aids with separate audio and video studios and a conference hall. Principal Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi averred that KMV has always been committed to providing the best learning environment for the students. The inauguration of the new elevator and the development of modern infrastructure in the IT Block are part of our larger vision to continually upgrade the facilities and meet the evolving needs of 21st-century education. These developments will not only support accessibility but also enhance the quality of academic engagement and learning experience at KMV. She further emphasized that such infrastructural reforms are a part of the institution’s ongoing efforts to align with global education standards while staying rooted in values that promote equity, excellence, and empowerment. Students appreciated the administration’s efforts in upgrading campus amenities. They expressed that these changes would significantly improve the daily academic experience and reflect KMV’s progressive approach toward educational development.
