Students honour Educators with their heart felt performances
Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) celebrated Teachers’ Day with great fervour through an online event, bringing together students and faculty to honour the invaluable contributions of educators. Student Council organised the celebrations under the aegis of the Department of Student Welfare. The virtual celebration showcased a series of heartfelt performances by students who expressed profound gratitude and respect for their mentors. The event, commenced with a warm welcome of the chief guest of the event Principal Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi. Addressing the gathering, Prof. Dwivedi lauded the teachers for their unwavering dedication and resilience. Dr. Dwivedi emphasised the pivotal role teachers play in shaping the future of society, calling them the “architects of the nation.” She acknowledged their relentless efforts in adapting to diverse teaching methodologies to ensure uninterrupted learning for the students. She reiterated KMV’s commitment to providing a nurturing and empowering environment for both students and teachers. The highlight of the celebration was the series of performances presented by the students. They organised a variety of cultural programs, including captivating dance performances, melodious songs, and heartfelt poetry recitations, all dedicated to their teachers. Each performance was a testament to the strong bond between the students and their mentors. Students also took the opportunity to share personal anecdotes and testimonials, expressing how their teachers have inspired and guided them. These touching tributes underscored the deep impact educators have on their lives, going beyond academic instruction.
