KMV continues its tradition of holistic education by inspiring students through meaningful cinema

Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) organised a special screening of the much-awaited patriotic movie Kesari 2 for its students and faculty. The event was part of KMV’s ongoing initiatives to provide value-based education that nurtures not only academic excellence but also instills cultural pride, patriotism and social awareness among the younger generation. The screening was organised under the aegis of the Department of Student Welfare, drawing enthusiastic participation from students across disciplines. The movie, known for its powerful narrative on bravery, sacrifice and resilience, served as a source of inspiration for the students, reinforcing the importance of courage, integrity and love for the nation in today’s times. Principal Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi, while addressing the gathering, highlighted the significance of the films that go beyond entertainment. She said, “Cinema is one of the most powerful mediums to influence young minds. A movie like Kesari 2 not only rekindles the spirit of nationalism but also motivates students to uphold the values of courage, unity and dedication in their personal and professional lives. KMV has always endeavoured to provide such experiences that combine education with values, shaping responsible citizens of tomorrow. ”Students expressed their excitement and gratitude for being given the opportunity to witness the special screening.
