An awareness campaign was launched to condemn the horrific rape and murder of a young doctor in Kolkata. A rally organized as part of the campaign, with students, faculty, and staff participating, called for immediate action against gender-based violence. The rally, with slogans like “Stop Crimes Against Women,” aimed to express solidarity and raise awareness about combating sexual violence. KMV has also launched workshops, seminars, and self- defense classes, alongside dedicated programs on Radio VOW, to educate and empower students.
