Dr.Surbhi from the P.G. Department of Physics, Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous & Heritage Institution), Jalandhar conducted an engaging workshop titled “The Innovators’ Lab: Pushing the Boundaries of Physics” at Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 3. The workshop aimed to help students explore fundamental physics concepts through interactive demonstrations and hands-on experiments.

She demonstrated Newton’s Cradle to explain conservation of momentum and energy, wave motion using a vibrating string, and image formation with plane mirrors at different angles. Students were fascinated by experiments on magnetic levitation and resonance, which highlighted real-world applications such as maglev technology.

The session witnessed enthusiastic participation, with students actively engaging, asking questions, and relating concepts to daily life. The workshop successfully bridged the gap between theory and practice, inspiring curiosity and scientific thinking among young learners.
