Dr.Sangeeta Prasher, Assistant Professor, Department of Physics, has successfully completed a one-month advanced course on “Quantum Computing” held from 3rd May to 25th May, 2025. The course was jointly organized by the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), Hyderabad and the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee, with the support of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India.The program was designed to provide in-depth knowledge of the principles and applications of quantum computing, one of the most emerging and transformative fields in science and technology. Dr.Prasher’s successful completion of this intensive training demonstrates her dedication to staying at the forefront of cutting-edge research and innovation.This achievement not only adds to her academic and professional growth but also reinforces KMV’s commitment to promoting advanced learning and research in frontier areas of science and technology.
