Dr. Neetu Verma from the PG Department of Physics at Kanya Maha Vidyalaya delivered an engaging talk on “Design Thinking” as part of the audit course titled Innovations, Entrepreneurship, and Creativity. She introduced the concept of design thinking as a human-centered approach to innovation that integrates empathy, creativity, and rationality, outlining its five key stages: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. Dr.Verma emphasized the significance of empathy in understanding user needs and the importance of adopting a mindset that values experimentation and learning from failure. She showcased various successful applications of design thinking in fields such as technology, healthcare, and education, inspiring attendees to consider similar methodologies in their own work.
