The International Conference on Physics Education 2025, organized by IIT Ropar, IISER Mohali, and Indian Association of Physics Teachers in collaboration with International Union of Pure and Applied Physics (Dec 16–20, 2025), marked the return of ICPE to India after two decades, bringing together global experts in physics education. The conference featured eminent speakers including Prof. Sunil Gupta and Prof. H.C. Verma, with the Chief Guest Ajay Kumar Sood delivering an inspiring address on science policy and innovation.
Dr.NeetuVerma and Dr.Surbhi from Kanya Maha Vidyalaya presented their poster titled “Fostering Scientific Inquiry in Physics: A Blend of Interactive, Inquiry-Based, and Technological Tools,” highlighting the use of virtual labs and simulations to enhance engagement in postgraduate physics education. The conference emphasized technological integration and inquiry-driven learning, reaffirming India’s growing role in shaping the future of global physics education.
