Kanya Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar autonomous Heritage institute department of NCC celebrates National space day with an exponential lecture on the greatest achievement of our nation in the field of space research, the National space day celebration begin in 2024 with the success launch of chandrayan 3 in 2023 it was a proud moment of unparalleled achievement in space research with the minimal  resources NCC cadets learnt during the seminar about the proud history of ISRO  it’s struggle with economic and political hurdles during its initial phases. The key speaker for the day was Prof. Dr. Neetu Verma head PG department of physics at KMV Jalandhar she had a very productive and interactive session with the cadets and appreciated their energy and passion for the subject. The resource person emphasized the role of youth in shaping India’s journey into space. Two staff Ayushi and Pushti made their present cells with the poetical recitation and speech at the culmination of the key talk. The events ended with an interactive question and answer session. This motivated students to dream big and aim for the stars. Information about chandrayan 3 success, satellite technology and ISRO’s global contribution was historic and evaluable. Principle prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated the department of NCC on the successful organisation of the event which was imperative to the next generation, who should be kept abreast with the latest technology advancement. The whole event was organised with inspiration from 2PB (G) BN NCC Jalandhar headed by Col. R.S.Lehal the force behind all the event organized.
