KMV Commemorates National Technology Day with Innovative Spirit and Sustainable Vision

Kanya Maha Vidyalaya(Autonomous) and KMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School, in collaboration with KMV Institution Innovation Council (IIC)celebrated National Technology Day  with great enthusiasm and innovative spirit.The theme for this year, “Responsible Innovation for Inclusive Growth”, emphasized the significance of developing technology that benefits every section of society in a fair, sustainable, and inclusive manner.On this occasion, a series of enriching and creative activities were organized for the collegiate students from Humanities, Commerceand Science streams. The students participated wholeheartedly and showcased remarkable creativity, scientific temperament, and awareness regarding technological advancements.One of the major highlights of the celebration was the exhibition of working models prepared by the students. The participants confidently demonstrated and explained their projects to the honorable guests. The activity proved to be highly informative and productive as students gained practical knowledge about recycling and reusing waste materials. Through these projects, they understood the importance of reducing environmental pollution, conserving natural resourcesand promoting sustainable living. Students also participated enthusiastically in slogan writing activity organised to highlight the positive impact of technology, responsible innovation, digital advancement, and sustainable development in modern society.A thought-provoking debate on the topic “Technology: Boon or Bane” was also organised, where students expressed their insightful views with confidence and enthusiasm.Director Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi appreciated the efforts of Dr. Madhumeet (Dean, Student Welfare and Head, PG Department of English), Dr. Neetu Verma (Head, PG Department of Physics and Vice President, KMV Institution’s Innovation Council), Ms. Rashmi Sharma (Convener, KMV Institution’s Innovation Council), Ms. Anand Prabha Incharge, KMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School) and the entire collegiate staff for successfully organizing such innovative and informative events. She further remarked that students should always be encouraged to participate in such meaningful endeavors that nurture creativity, scientific thinking, and social responsibility.
