The P.G. Department of Fashion Designing, Kanya Maha Vidyalaya, organized a Market Survey on 17th March 2026 conducted by the students of M.Sc. 4th Semester. The activity aimed to provide practical exposure and a deeper understanding of current market trends, consumer preferences, and retail practices.

Students actively visited markets, interacted with retailers and customers, and collected valuable data related to fabrics, designs, pricing, and buying behavior. This hands-on experience helped them connect theoretical knowledge with real-world applications.

The market survey proved to be an insightful and enriching experience, enhancing students’ analytical skills, confidence, and understanding of the fashion industry.
