Department of Life Sciences under the able guidance of Madam Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi, Principal, Kanya Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar has organized an online webinar under the Series of Alumni Speaks on 29 June 2021. Dr. Gurpreet Kaur Grewal from the Department of Biotechnology Welcomed the Speaker of Webinar Dr. Vasundhera Gupta who is proud Alumni of Biotechnology Department. Currently she is working as Drug Safety Associate Paraxel, Chandigarh. She started the talk by sharing all the beautiful time, she spent at Kanya Maha Vidyalaya. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Bio-Technology in 2010. Further she Continued her talk with the topic ‘Let’s do the Science’ that is ‘What is Science and what we are doing with it’. She shared a lot of information regarding various career prospects in the field of Biotechnology such as Pharmacovigilance, Scientific Writer, Teaching, Research and many more. She further added how she is working on drug safety phenomenon. She motivate the students to do more and more and never settle for less. She ends her talk by clearing the doubts and myths related to specific field.
