Department of Economics (2019-20) organized a workshop on the topic “Banking Operations” On 9-Nov.-2019. Mr. Kunal Kumar Mehto, Chief Manager, PNB, Ms. Sonali, Manager in Loan Credit Department and Mr Lokesh Bajaj, Senior Manager, PNB, KMV Branch, Jalandhar were the expert on the occasion. Mr. Lokesh Bajaj acquainted the students about the new schemes of PNB.  Ms. Sonali discussed the various loan policies of PNB related to Education, two wheeler, home loan and Udaan scheme for the students who want to study in abroad. Mr. Kunal Kumar Mehta apprised the students about banking policy related to agriculture and Kisan Credit Scheme for the farmers.  Principal madam congratulated the faculty for organizing the workshop for B.Sc.(Eco) with Banking as optional and B.sc (Hons.) (agriculture) students.
