On September 28, 2024, 35 students embarked on an educational trip to Amritsar to explore India’s rich historical and cultural heritage. The first visit was to JallianwalaBagh, where students learned about the tragic 1919 massacre and its significance in India’s freedom movement. They then visited the sacred Golden Temple, experiencing its serene atmosphere and understanding the values of equality and selfless service. The group also explored a traditional Punjabi haveli, enjoying local cuisine and cultural performances. The trip provided meaningful insights beyond the classroom and enriched students’ understanding of India’s history and traditions.
