Kanya Maha Vidyalaya, an autonomous and heritage institution, always provides an invaluable opportunity for students to witness the application of theoretical physics through practical innovative demonstrations.In this regard PG Department Of Physics has organized a workshop on captivate learning under Anveshika . Students of three schools (Dev Raj Girls Sen. Sec. School, KMV Sanskriti School & Shiv Jyoti Public School, Jalandhar) has visited the innovation hub of the college. This innovative space showcased a plethora of demonstrations elucidating fundamental concepts of physics using ingenious, innovative experiments and demonstrations.The visit commenced with a warm welcome by the faculty followed by an insightful introduction to the innovation Hub’s objectives and its emphasis on hands-on learning. The innovation Hub exemplified the amalgamation of creativity and scientific knowledge, showcasing various experiments and demonstrations including  Newton’s Cradle, Spherical mirrors, series of pendulums ( of same length and different length), demonstration of wave motion and many more.The most commendable aspect was witnessing students actively engaged in demonstrations. This interactive session fostered a stimulating learning environment leaving a lasting impact on students. It not only enriched their understanding of physics concepts but also instilled a sense of curiosity and creativity.
