The PG Department of Computer Science & Applications, Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous), Jalandhar, organized a Poster Making Activity on the theme “Cyber Hygiene” with the objective of spreading awareness about digital safety and responsible online practices among students.

The activity aimed to educate students about the importance of protecting personal information, maintaining secure online behaviour, and safeguarding themselves against increasing cyber threats in the digital era. Through creative and informative posters, students effectively highlighted various aspects of cyber hygiene including password security, safe internet browsing, protection against phishing attacks, privacy awareness, and responsible use of social media platforms.

The campaign proved to be highly educational and impactful as students enthusiastically participated and used their creativity to communicate important messages related to cybersecurity and digital responsibility. The activity not only enhanced students’ awareness regarding cyber safety practices but also encouraged them to adopt safe and ethical digital habits in their daily lives.

The event successfully promoted the significance of cyber hygiene and reflected the department’s continuous efforts towards creating awareness about cybersecurity and responsible technology usage among students.
