The students of B. Voc. NEH,Sem VI and B.Sc Home- Science, Sem IV, planned and executed the event of Republic Day. They came up with brilliant ideas of tricolour theme for the occasion. Besides nutrition, the quantitative and qualitative aspects of the meals were also taken into account. Not only did they learn to standardise the various recipes, they learnt to calculate the total cost involved in the management of the event.
