P.G. Department of Economics (2018-19) organized an extension lecture on the topic “Structural Changes in Indian economy: Role of Services Sector” On 11-04-2019. Dr. Kuldeep Kaur, Professor and Head Punjab School Of economics, GNDU, Amritsar was expert on the occasion. She discussed the reasons for the lopsided growth of Indian Economy where services sector has grown rapidly despite of any specific policy for it. She also highlighted the relevance of Agri- Business economy along with the growth of the services sector.
