Mathematics, as the mother of all sciences, has always been a pivotal subject in inter-disciplinary studies. A post graduate degree in Mathematics prepares the students for careers in different associations under Government and Private sectors such as scientists in DRDO (Defence Research & Development Organisation), in AAI (Airport Authority of India), etc. Students find commendable placements as Statisticians, Operation Research Analysts, Actuarians and many more.

Eligibility

  • B.A. /B.Sc. with Honours in Mathematics / Statistics / Operational Research OR
  • B.A. / B.Sc. with 50% marks in aggregate and having Mathematics as one of the subjects OR
  • B.Sc. (Hons. School in Physics), B.Sc. (Engg.) with 50% marks in aggregate and having Mathematics as one of the subsidiary subjects OR
  • B.A. / B.Sc. in full subjects obtaining 45% marks in Mathematics OR
  • Master’s Degree of this University in another subject of another faculty OR
    Master’s degree in any subject from another University
