Kanya Maha Vidyalaya- the Autonomous and Heritage Institution, Jalandhar organized its Annual Fete KMV Carnival 19 to provide a break from the academic routine. The Chief Guests for the Inaugural Ceremony of the Annual Fete Sh. Chander Mohan ji (President, Arya Shiksha Mandal) and Mrs Neerja Chander Mohan ji (Member, KMV Managing Committee) were accorded floral felicitations by the college Principal Prof. (Dr.) Atima Sharma Dwivedi. The college wore a colorful and festive look on this day as various number of stalls were donned up with mouth watering delicacies, various handmade articles, Fun Games, Selfie Station, Dizzy Rides and DJ etc. to add to the overall ambience of the day. The college students enjoyed fully while dancing to the popular numbers sung by famous Punjabi singers Mr Manav, Mr Lovely Noor and Mr Armaan Bedil. On the spot Baby Show was also organized in which many adorable babies took part and won various titles. The event concluded with a Raffle Draw comprising of many attractive prizes ranging from LED, Refrigerator to various other useful articles. The chief guest for the Raffle draw was Mr. Jagdish Raja, Mayor, Jalandhar. Mr Suresh Seth, Member, KMV Managing Committee and Mrs Sushma Chawla, Vice President, KMV Managing Committee was also present on the occasion. Principal Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi assured to contribute the proceeds of the event to the college poor students fund. Congratulating the organizing team of the KMV Carnival 19, she averred that such events not only refresh and rejuvenate students but also have memorable imprints to cherish for their whole life.
