Sh. Chander Mohan, President, Arya Shikha Mandal extends blessings to all the new students 

Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) commenced its new academic session with a pious Havan ceremony. The event was graced by Mr. Chander Mohan, President, Arya Shiksha Mandal, along with KMV Management Committee dignitaries including Vice President Dr. Sushma Chawla, Secretary Dr. Sushma Chopra, and members Mrs. Neerja Mohan, Dr. Satpal Gupta, Mrs. Neeru Kapoor, Mr. Suresh Seth, and Dr. Deepali Luthra. Carrying forward the institution’s glorious tradition, the Hawan was performed according to Vedic rituals in the college premises, attended by College Director Prof. (Dr.) Atima Sharma Dwivedi, faculty members, and students. Extending his warm wishes to all the students for the new session, Mr. Chander Mohan wished them a bright future while congratulating the entire KMV team and the Director. He highlighted that over its 140-year history, Kanya Maha Vidyalaya has preserved its rich traditions while consistently embracing modernity in education. He also emphasised that facing today’s challenges—such as digital advancement, social media, and the impact of AI—educators bear the vital responsibility of preparing students for the proper and qualitative use of these technologies so they do not fall behind on a global stage. Welcoming the new students, Director Prof. (Dr.) Atima Sharma Dwivedi encouraged them to pursue their studies with dedication and passion to achieve new academic heights. Adding to the sacred ambiance, a devotional hymn performance by the Department of Music filled the atmosphere with harmony and peace.
