Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) successfully concluded seven-day NSS camp  based on the theme “ Youth for My Bharat’’  and on the ideology “Not Me But You.” During the camp volunteers were provided hands on experience in delivering community service. As the week unfolded, the wide range of activities were conducted. Director Prof. (Dr.) Atima Sharma Dwivedi in her valedictory address averred that KMV has always been taking various initiatives as college aims to contribute for the various community development programmes. She apprised the NSS volunteers of national development goals, drug-free India, healthy communities, sustainability, environmental protection, social harmony, and youth empowerment. Various activities were conducted during the camp such as cleanliness drive, tree plantation, SVEEP activities,  special awareness drive to accelerate the adoption of PNG and CNG, group discussion on the issues such as the “Waste-to-Energy Model,” e.g., revival of biogas adoption etc.,  By the end of the camp, participants not only developed new friendships but also a renewed sense of purpose to drive positive change in their communities. This collective experience inspired many to take on leadership roles, encouraging them to share their newfound knowledge and insights with others back home. In the valedictory session awards and certificate were presented to the participants,  and special awards were given to those who had shown exceptional dedication and service. Prof. Dwivedi congratulated Dr Ashima Sahni, NSS Programme Officer, Dr Sonik Bhatia, Mrs.  Anand Prabha and Ms Priyanka.
