Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) B.Voc. (Hospitality & Tourism) & BBA Airlines and Airport Management students in a remarkable display of culinary talent and innovation have clinched top honours at two prominent national-level inter-college competitions, underscoring the college’s commitment to excellence in hospitality and tourism education. At the National Level Competition Navaidyam 4.0 event, KMV’s budding mixologists dominated the Mocktail Preparations category, securing the 1st Prize for their creative and refreshing concoctions that blended traditional flavours with modern twists. Demonstrating versatility across disciplines, the team also earned Runner-Up positions in both the Quiz and Poster Making events, highlighting their comprehensive knowledge of culinary arts, nutrition, and sustainable practices. Not stopping there, KMV students further excelled at the Millet-e-Meetha Dessert Cooking Competition where they bagged the 1st Prize and 3rd Prize for innovative millet-based desserts that celebrated India’s superfoods while promoting health-conscious indulgence. These millet-infused sweets not only impressed judges with their taste and presentation but also aligned with global trends in sustainable and nutritious cuisine.
