Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) organised a press conference in the college campus in order to acquaint about a landmark initiative that marks a new chapter in professional education in the region. Addressing the members from the media fraternity, Principal Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi averred that KMV is proud to launch its innovative MBA and MCA programs- a pioneering step in aligning higher education with the ever-evolving demands of the global job market. These programs, approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) are designed to set new benchmarks in academic excellence, offering a futuristic, dynamic, and highly employability-focused curriculum tailored for the challenges and opportunities of tomorrow. The degrees for these programs will be conferred by Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. At the core of these new programs is a deep commitment to cutting-edge learning.

She further maintained that a new state-of-the-art Block has been dedicated to these programs and KMV has embedded advanced technology into its teaching-learning methodology, including a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI), ensuring that the students remain at the forefront of 21^st century job markets. Recognising the importance of practical exposure, strong partnerships with leading companies have been established to facilitate industry training that bridges the gap between classroom knowledge and real-world application. Additionally, KMV has also forged international collaborations to offer its students unique global opportunities including the option to earn a foreign degree through an innovative 1+1 year program with a U.S. university, paving the way for global placements. Moreover, the faculty of these programs is composed of highly qualified professionals with rich industry experience, bringing invaluable practical insights directly into the classroom. The pedagogical approach is truly hybrid- combining traditional classroom instruction with hands-on industry internships, real-life projects, live simulations, skill-building workshops and comprehensive case studies. Moreover, as part of the curriculum, every Saturday, the students of MBA & MCA programs will be trained in Personality Enhancement, Communication Skills, Corporate Culture & etiquette & global trends by the expert faculty.
