Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous), renowned for its pioneering academic initiatives, once again took the lead in fostering entrepreneurial excellence by organizing a 10-day short-term value-added programme titled “Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Creative Thinking” for final-year undergraduate students. The programme was designed to align with the objectives of the National Education Policy (NEP 2020) and the Atmanirbhar Bharat mission, promoting self-reliance and innovation among youth. In her inaugural address, Principal Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi emphasised the transformative role of innovation and entrepreneurship education in shaping future-ready graduates. She encouraged students to nurture their entrepreneurial spirit, deepen their awareness, and actively engage with the evolving startup ecosystem. The programme offered a comprehensive curriculum that explored the synergy between creative thinking and entrepreneurial action. Key topics during the course included:

Sessions were facilitated by a distinguished panel of resource persons namely Dr. Rashmi Sharma, Dr. Neetu Chopra, Dr. Surbhi Sharma, Dr. Narinderjit Kaur, Dr. Rashmi Bindra, Ms. Ritu, Ms. Chetna, Ms. Tarandeep Kaur and Dr. Sunil. Through various interactive modules and practical frameworks, the programme empowered students with a deep understanding of innovation, business modelling, incubation, and entrepreneurial strategy. Participants learned to think like entrepreneurs and apply tools and techniques to refine and launch their own ventures- reinforcing KMV’s commitment to nurturing women-led innovation and academic entrepreneurship.
