A tree plantation Programme was organised by P.G. Department of Chemistry, Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (The Heritage and Autonomous Institution), Jalandhar at Government Senior Secondary School, Lamba pind, Jalandhar on 12th April, 2023 to create an awareness regarding climate change and its adverse effects on trees. Under the guidance of Head PG Department of Chemistry, Dr. Manju Sahni, a team of 15 students accompanied by Dr. Shikha went to the school. A range of 100 plants were planted in the school garden and periphery of the school playground to create
awareness about saving trees.
