KMV celebrates this singular achievement

 Ranked No. 1 in Punjab among all the colleges

Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) has received Top National and State Level Ranking in Times BBA Education Ranking Survey 2022 conducted by prestigious Times of India group. KMV’s BBA program  has the proud privilege and honor of being ranked among top slot among all the colleges of Punjab & ranked No. 1 in Jalandhar among all the affiliated colleges of Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar second time in a row. The objective of this research was to arrive at a list of top BBA colleges offering full time BBA courses in India. The research had 3 major modules i.e. Desk, Research, Factual survey & Perceptual Rating survey. To celebrate this momentous achievement, all the staff members, students and Principal Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivediorganized a celebration in the college campus. Throwing more light on this singular achievement, Principal Prof. (Dr.) Atima Sharma Dwivedi averred that being the first & only women college to be bestowed autonomous status, KMV has entered the higher league of colleges and has also introduced many reforms in education. KMV has added another feather in its highly embellished cap by laying claim to top  ranking in  BBA program. KMV is miles ahead of other educational institutions in the region in terms of quality, ranking and new age education that has been introduced in the college. Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi further maintained that such top rankings bear testimony to the fact that KMV is the brand name of quality education. The syllabi of all courses has been upgraded with 21st century skills. With a commitment to meaningful futures KMV prepares the students for life skills with programs like Foundation Course, Moral Education, Personality Development, Social Outreach, Gender Sensitization, Self Defense, Reasoning & Mental Abilities. All these USPs have been instrumental in making KMV the top- ranking college. At this juncture Principal KMV congratulated faculty, staff & alumni for their exemplary endeavor and hard work which has accounted to this singular achievement. Prof. Dwivedi expressed gratitude to the management ably led by Mr ChanderMohan for their constant guidance & support. She averred “The academicians from India & abroad and our industrial partners have helped us in upgrading the syllabi according to the 21^st century skills. Rightly have we been selected as the Top College in Punjab in BBA Ranking by Times of India and achieved top rankings by prestigious magazines and journals.” Madam Principal concluded by saying that KMV- the Heritage & Autonomous institution  by being ranked the Topmost college in Punjab has given yet another opportunity to the city to feel proud of.
