Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) organised a week-long celebration to commemorate National Sports Day. The week kicked off with a highly anticipated friendly volleyball match. Participants were tested on their ability to hold a plank position for the longest time. The challenge not only demonstrated the students’ and staff’s core strength but also emphasised the importance of fitness and perseverance. One of the most entertaining and thrilling events was the Tug of War competition. The Tug of War was a vivid reminder of the power of unity and teamwork, with participants thoroughly enjoying the experience, irrespective of the outcome. As a commitment to a healthier lifestyle, KMV students took part in the Fit India Pledge during the week-long celebration.
